COMBINED ORDERS

• We do not refund shipping costs on combined orders during our launch weekends or any other promotions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SG)

• Flat rate of S$3.80 (with GST).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• As of right now we offer Singapore Post for all of our shipping needs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ROW)

• Flat rate of S$15 (with GST).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• As of right now we offer Singapore Post for all of our shipping needs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

• TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS - For most weeks, please allow for 3 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).
• LAUNCH ORDERS - During our launches or restock events, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays).
• WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
