- We will gladly accept return of an unworn item within three weeks of your order.
- Email Noola within 7 days of purchase noolasg@hotmail.com or DM us at our Instagram page, if you would like to exchange your items for a different size or colour.
- We offer free door-to-door pick-up and exchange service within 1-3WDs.
- Any refund will need to be made back to the original method of payment and usually takes 7 business days for our payment processor issue the money back.
