ORDER AND DELIVERY

  • How can I track the status of my order?
    • After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. Tracking numbers will be provided when dispatched with a tracking link.
    • You can also check the delivery status of EasyParcel by entering the delivery note's number (e.g. QSPXXXXXXXXXX) via EP's Track Item tool (https://easyparcel.com/sg/en/track/)

  • How do I use a promotional code?
    • You must enter the promotional code in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout and click 'go'. The application of the promotion will then be visible in your cart.
  • Do you have an option to do self-collection?
    • Please inform us immediately after your purchase at noolasg@hotmail.com if you wish to self-collect. Otherwise, your items will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 working days.
  • Do you ship locally and internationally?
    • Delivery is free for a Singapore address on orders over $150.
    • For Internationally orders, please inform us at noolasg@hotmail.com for shipping rates.
    • Local (Singapore) Delivery
    • Flat rate of $3.80 (with GST)
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • As of right now we offer Singapore Post for all of our shipping needs.
  • When will my order ship?
    • TYPICAL WEEKLY ORDERS - For most weeks, please allow for 3 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays)
    • LAUNCH ORDERS - During our launches or restock events, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays)
    • WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday
